- Modulo di contatto: nome e cognome, azienda, email, telefono e il contenuto del messaggio. Azienda e telefono sono facoltativi.
- Dati tecnici di navigazione: indirizzo IP, data e ora della richiesta, pagina richiesta, tipo di browser e sistema operativo, registrati automaticamente dal fornitore di hosting nei log del server.
- Preferenza di lingua: la lingua scelta viene salvata nel tuo browser (local storage) e non ci viene trasmessa.
3. Cookie e tracciamento
Questo sito non utilizza cookie di profilazione, strumenti di analisi, pixel pubblicitari né contenuti incorporati di terze parti. L'unica informazione salvata sul tuo dispositivo è la preferenza di lingua, strettamente necessaria al funzionamento del sito: per questo non è richiesto alcun banner di consenso.
4. Finalità e basi giuridiche
- Rispondere alle richieste inviate tramite il modulo e predisporre eventuali offerte: esecuzione di misure precontrattuali su tua richiesta (art. 6 par. 1 lett. b GDPR) e nostro legittimo interesse a gestire le richieste commerciali (art. 6 par. 1 lett. f GDPR).
- Garantire sicurezza e funzionamento del sito tramite i log tecnici: legittimo interesse (art. 6 par. 1 lett. f GDPR).
Non utilizziamo i tuoi dati per invii di marketing, non li vendiamo e non adottiamo decisioni automatizzate né profilazione.

Il conferimento è facoltativo. Senza i dati contrassegnati come obbligatori nel modulo non possiamo però rispondere alla tua richiesta.
6. Destinatari
I dati sono trattati dal nostro personale autorizzato e dai seguenti fornitori, che agiscono come responsabili del trattamento:
- Netlify, Inc. (Stati Uniti) — hosting del sito e gestione dei moduli;
- Hostpoint AG (Svizzera) — gestione del dominio e dei DNS;
- il nostro fornitore di posta elettronica, per la ricezione delle notifiche del modulo.
Comunichiamo i dati ad autorità pubbliche solo se obbligati per legge.
7. Trasferimento all'estero
L'utilizzo di Netlify comporta il trattamento di dati negli Stati Uniti. Il trasferimento avviene sulla base di garanzie adeguate, in particolare le clausole contrattuali tipo approvate dalla Commissione europea e riconosciute dall'Incaricato federale svizzero (IFPDT) e, ove applicabile, il Data Privacy Framework. Puoi chiederci copia delle garanzie scrivendo all'indirizzo indicato sopra.
8. Conservazione
- Richieste inviate tramite il modulo: per il tempo necessario a gestirle e, in seguito, per un massimo di 24 mesi dall'ultimo contatto. Se ne nasce un rapporto contrattuale, si applicano i termini di conservazione previsti dalla legge (di norma 10 anni).
- Log tecnici: per un periodo limitato, di norma non superiore a 30 giorni.
9. I tuoi diritti
Nei limiti previsti dalla legge applicabile puoi chiedere l'accesso ai tuoi dati, la rettifica, la cancellazione, la limitazione del trattamento, la consegna o il trasferimento dei dati (portabilità) e puoi opporti al trattamento fondato sul legittimo interesse. Per esercitare i tuoi diritti scrivi a privacy@wecontract.ch: rispondiamo di norma entro 30 giorni.

Il sito è accessibile esclusivamente tramite connessione cifrata (HTTPS) e adottiamo misure tecniche e organizzative adeguate a proteggere i dati da accessi non autorizzati, perdita o uso improprio.

2. Data we process
- Contact form: full name, company, email, phone number and the content of your message. Company and phone are optional.
- Technical browsing data: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type and operating system, recorded automatically by our hosting provider in server logs.
- Language preference: the language you choose is stored in your browser (local storage) and is not sent to us.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use profiling cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels or embedded third-party content. The only information stored on your device is your language preference, which is strictly necessary for the site to work; no consent banner is therefore required.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to enquiries sent through the form and preparing any quotations: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Keeping the website secure and operational through technical logs: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for marketing communications, we do not sell it, and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
5. Provision of data
Providing your data is voluntary. Without the fields marked as required in the form, however, we cannot reply to your enquiry.
6. Recipients
Data is handled by our authorised staff and by the following providers acting as processors:
- Netlify, Inc. (United States) — website hosting and form handling;
- Hostpoint AG (Switzerland) — domain and DNS management;
- our email provider, to receive form notifications.
We disclose data to public authorities only where required by law.
7. Transfers abroad
Using Netlify involves processing data in the United States. The transfer is based on appropriate safeguards, in particular the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and recognised by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) and, where applicable, the Data Privacy Framework. You may request a copy of the safeguards at the address above.
8. Retention
- Enquiries sent through the form: for as long as needed to handle them and thereafter for up to 24 months from the last contact. If a contractual relationship follows, statutory retention periods apply (generally 10 years).
- Technical logs: for a limited period, generally no longer than 30 days.
9. Your rights
Within the limits of the applicable law, you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and the delivery or transfer of your data (portability), and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise your rights, write to privacy@wecontract.ch; we normally reply within 30 days.
You also have the right to contact the competent supervisory authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, edoeb.admin.ch); in the EU the authority of your country of residence.

2. Welche Daten wir bearbeiten
- Kontaktformular: Vor- und Nachname, Unternehmen, E-Mail-Adresse, Telefonnummer und Inhalt Ihrer Nachricht. Unternehmen und Telefon sind freiwillig.
- Technische Nutzungsdaten: IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit der Anfrage, aufgerufene Seite, Browsertyp und Betriebssystem, die unser Hosting-Anbieter automatisch in Server-Logs aufzeichnet.
- Spracheinstellung: Die gewählte Sprache wird in Ihrem Browser (Local Storage) gespeichert und nicht an uns übermittelt.

Diese Website verwendet keine Profiling-Cookies, keine Analysetools, keine Werbepixel und keine eingebetteten Inhalte Dritter. Wir verwenden Ihre Daten nicht für Werbesendungen, verkaufen sie nicht und nehmen weder automatisierte Einzelentscheidungen noch Profiling vor.
5. Bereitstellung der Daten
Die Angabe Ihrer Daten ist freiwillig. Ohne die im Formular als Pflichtfelder gekennzeichneten Angaben können wir Ihre Anfrage jedoch nicht beantworten.
6. Empfänger
Die Daten werden von unseren berechtigten Mitarbeitenden sowie von folgenden Anbietern als Auftragsbearbeiter bearbeitet:
- Netlify, Inc. (USA) — Hosting der Website und Formularverarbeitung;
- Hostpoint AG (Schweiz) — Domain- und DNS-Verwaltung;
- unser E-Mail-Anbieter für den Empfang der Formularbenachrichtigungen.
An Behörden geben wir Daten nur weiter, wenn wir gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet sind.
7. Bekanntgabe ins Ausland
Die Nutzung von Netlify bringt eine Bearbeitung von Daten in den USA mit sich. Die Übermittlung stützt sich auf geeignete Garantien, insbesondere die von der Europäischen Kommission genehmigten und vom Eidgenössischen Datenschutz- und Öffentlichkeitsbeauftragten (EDÖB) anerkannten Standardvertragsklauseln sowie, soweit anwendbar, das Data Privacy Framework. Eine Kopie der Garantien können Sie unter der oben genannten Adresse anfordern.
8. Aufbewahrung
- Anfragen über das Formular: so lange, wie es für deren Bearbeitung nötig ist, und danach höchstens 24 Monate ab dem letzten Kontakt. Entsteht ein Vertragsverhältnis, gelten die gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungsfristen (in der Regel 10 Jahre).
- Technische Logs: für einen begrenzten Zeitraum, in der Regel nicht länger als 30 Tage.
9. Ihre Rechte
Im Rahmen des anwendbaren Rechts können Sie Auskunft über Ihre Daten, deren Berichtigung, Löschung, die Einschränkung der Bearbeitung sowie die Herausgabe oder Übertragung Ihrer Daten verlangen und der auf berechtigtem Interesse beruhenden Bearbeitung widersprechen. Zur Ausübung Ihrer Rechte schreiben Sie an privacy@wecontract.ch; wir antworten in der Regel innert 30 Tagen.
Sie haben zudem das Recht, sich an die zuständige Aufsichtsbehörde zu wenden: in der Schweiz an den Eidgenössischen Datenschutz- und Öffentlichkeitsbeauftragten (EDÖB, edoeb.admin.ch), in der EU an die Behörde Ihres Wohnsitzstaates.
10. Sicherheit
Die Website ist ausschliesslich über eine verschlüsselte Verbindung (HTTPS) erreichbar. Wir treffen angemessene technische und organisatorische Massnahmen, um die Daten vor unbefugtem Zugriff, Verlust oder Missbrauch zu schützen.
